On October 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vapotherm, Inc. (the “Company”) adopted the following new Code of Business Conduct (the “Revised Code”), which will become effective on January 1, 2022. The Revised Code applies to all employees, officers and directors of the Company and its subsidiaries. The Revised Code was updated to ensure that all policies and procedures included in the Revised Code are reflective of the actual current practices of the Company and meet any minimum requirements set forth by applicable law and/or generally aligned with the industry standards. The adoption of the Revised Code did not relate to or result in any waiver, explicit or implicit, of any provision of the current Code of Conduct.

Professional Conduct Principles

To that end, Vapotherm employees came together to create our Professional Conduct Principles to guide employees in decision-making in the workplace.
